What is your refund policy?
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 2 weeks to request a return. Item must have not been washed or used. Email info@ourblockclothing.com to start your return process.

Please allow 1 week for production time and 5 business days or less for shipping.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, this option is free and for local customers only. We'll contact you when your order is ready for pickup. See the location at checkout or on the local pickup page.
Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?
Many reasons can cause shipments delay such as traffic or bad weather. Please contact us and we'll provide you the reason asap.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. It usually take about 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. There will be a tracking number in your order email confirmation.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are initially listed in CAD, but at the bottom of every page you'll find a currency selector. You can choose to view our product prices in any currency.
