FAQ

General Questions

Is Our Block Clothing owned and ran in Vancouver, Canada?

Yes!

Who creates your designs?

Either the owner Nicolas Budisa, or a local artist that we collaborate with.

How is your clothing made?

We use plastisol heat transfers or full colour heat transfers. We apply the transfers onto clothing with our heat press. The heat press we use is the industry's best (we promise). The companies that we partnered with and order our heat transfers from are also the industry's best. There are many misconceptions about using heat transfers and a heat press. We guarantee that are quality is the same if not better compared to all other brands that still operate the classic way (silk screen printing).

How do Our Block Clothing items fit?

All of our clothing always fits unisex. Both men & women can wear this style of cut. Our ladies tees though are specially made for women and have a more feminine look.

T Shirts

Our t shirts fit true to size. If you typically wear a large, order a large. But if you prefer a baggy fit, go up a size.

Hoodies

Our hoodies fit true to size as well and they're more form fitted rather than baggy. If you want a baggy fit, order up a size.

Do you restock?

Our business model is different compared to other brands. We have two local clothing suppliers which allows us to run a "made to order" business model. This makes it possible for any customer to get the exact design, colour, garment and size they want! We call this business model "Press on Demand".

Should I expect new future drops?

Yes, we're always working on new designs! Join our email subscribers list to know about new drops before everyone else.

What is Champlain Heights?

Champlain Heights is a neighborhood in the south east corner of Vancouver (East Van) in the Killarney District.

Do you ship international?

We do, see rates at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout. Typically about 2-4 days!
